Lead times are stated on your invoice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 5 \u2014 Final Invoice:<\/strong> A final commercial invoice is issued upon dispatch, together with all relevant shipping and customs documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Orders are not reserved, processed, or dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed in full.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Deposits &amp; Advance Payments<\/h2>\n<p>For large-volume or custom production orders, Shoes Step may require a deposit of up to <strong>50% of the total order value<\/strong> prior to initiating factory coordination, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch.
