1. Wholesale Refund & Return Policy Overview

خطوة الأحذية operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor. All confirmed orders are final. As we source and coordinate production on your behalf directly from our factory partners in China and Turkey, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unsold merchandise, change of mind, or shifts in your retail catalogue.

This policy applies to all product categories we supply, including footwear, bags, wallets, accessories, and apparel.

2. Product Defects & Shipment Shortages

In the event that a delivered shipment contains verifiable product defects or quantity shortages, buyers must submit a formal claim to our team within 48 hours of the consignment arriving at your warehouse.

Claims must be submitted to: shipping@shoesstep.com and must include:

  • Clear photographic and/or video documentation of the affected items
  • Your invoice or order reference number
  • A written description of the issue and the quantity of affected units

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted. Receipt of goods without timely notification constitutes full acceptance of the shipment as delivered.

Approved claims will be resolved through one of the following, at Shoes Step’s discretion:

  • Product Replacement: Defective or missing units replaced in a subsequent shipment
  • Store Credit: Credit applied to your account for use against future orders
  • Partial Refund: Financial reimbursement for verified defective units, processed through the original payment method

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once a wholesale order has been confirmed, invoiced, and payment has been processed, the order enters active coordination with our factory partners and cannot be cancelled or modified. At this stage, deposits and advance payments are non-refundable, as sourcing and production commitments have already been made on your behalf.

If you need to discuss amendments to an order that has not yet entered production coordination, please contact us immediately at shipping@shoesstep.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes where operationally possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
