By accessing this platform, registering a wholesale account, or placing bulk orders through our distribution network, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all commercial supply relationships between Shoes Step and your business entity.
Shoes Step is a wholesale distributor — not a manufacturer. We source products directly from certified factory partners in China and Turkey and supply wholesale clients globally. These terms reflect that distribution relationship.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access our B2B wholesale pricing and product catalogue, you must register a verified merchant profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any orders placed through your business dashboard are considered legally binding under your company’s liability.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse access to accounts that provide inaccurate registration details, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Wholesale Policy & Minimum Order Quantities
This platform operates strictly on a Wholesale Only basis for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply to all product lines including footwear, bags, wallets, and accessories. MOQs vary by product category and will be confirmed in writing prior to order acceptance. Orders falling below the applicable MOQ threshold will not be processed.
4. Product Sourcing, Materials & Batch Variances
All products supplied by Shoes Step are sourced from certified factory partners in China and Turkey. Our catalogue spans multiple material tiers, including genuine leather, premium textiles, and composite materials.
Due to the nature of factory batch production, minor variances in texture, colour tone, or finish may occur between separate shipment batches. These variations are inherent to large-scale production and do not constitute defects. Placing a bulk order implies acceptance of standard batch variances within commercially reasonable tolerances.
All product specifications published on our platform are maintained with the highest accuracy possible. However, minor technical adjustments may be applied at the factory level to maintain quality standards, and will be communicated where material.
5. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments
Wholesale prices quoted on the platform are subject to adjustment based on factory pricing, raw material costs, or currency fluctuations prior to final order confirmation. All confirmed prices are binding only once stated in a formal invoice issued by Shoes Step.
Order processing and production coordination with our factory partners is initiated exclusively upon receipt of cleared funds via approved wire transfer or secure commercial payment gateway.
Any customs duties, import tariffs, VAT, or destination-country taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the wholesale invoice unless explicitly stated.
6. Logistics, Shipping & Claims
Estimated delivery timelines are stated on each commercial invoice and are subject to factory production schedules, freight availability, and customs clearance processes. Shoes Step coordinates shipping from our factory partners directly to your nominated destination, but does not operate its own freight service.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer at the point the shipment is handed over to the designated freight forwarder or carrier.
Any claims relating to product defects, incorrect items, or shortages must be submitted to shipping@shoesstep.com within 48 hours of the consignment arriving at your warehouse, supported by clear photographic or video documentation. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted, and receipt of goods without timely notification constitutes acceptance of the shipment.
7. Force Majeure
Shoes Step shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: factory shutdowns, port closures, international freight disruptions, customs authority delays, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government-imposed trade restrictions. In such cases, we will notify affected clients promptly and work to provide revised timelines or alternative arrangements where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shoes Step’s liability in connection with any wholesale order shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in dispute. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial losses, including lost retail profit margins or downstream supply chain disruptions, arising from logistics delays, customs holdups, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and all related commercial transactions are governed by applicable commercial law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our corporate headquarters in Jerusalem, Palestine. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
10. Changes to These Terms
Shoes Step reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered account holders will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
